Prime Private is built on discretion. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse our site, request portfolio access or enquire about a property, how we use it, and the rights you hold under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are
Prime Private ("we", "us") is a private real estate advisory operating on the Costa del Sol, Spain. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach our data protection contact at cooper@marbellaprimeprivate.com.
Data we collect
Identification and contact details you provide (name, email address, telephone number, country and preferred language); enquiry content, including the property of interest, budget range and viewing preferences; portfolio access records, such as the email address used and the time of each one-time-code verification; professional details submitted by brokers applying to the confidential portal; and limited technical data such as device type, browser, approximate region and pages viewed.
How we use your data
To verify and grant access to the private portfolio; to respond to enquiries and arrange private viewings; to introduce suitable off-market opportunities; to maintain a secure, auditable record of who accesses confidential material; to review broker applications and non-disclosure agreements; and to protect the site against misuse.
Legal bases
We rely on your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps for enquiries, viewings and portal agreements; on our legitimate interest in protecting confidential client and vendor information; and on legal obligation where anti-money-laundering or tax rules apply.
Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. We share it only with our founding partners, with vendors or their representatives where you have asked to be introduced to a property, with lawyers and notaries involved in a transaction you instruct, and with vetted service providers who host our site, deliver our emails and secure our infrastructure under written data-processing terms.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep your session, language and access state working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and preference cookies are only set once you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
Retention and security
Enquiry and access records are retained for up to twenty-four months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing transaction. Confidential material is protected by access controls, watermarking, encryption in transit and single-use verification codes.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
